New Publication | The Cyber Dimensions of the Russia-Ukraine War
Our researcher Monica Kaminska is one of the co-authors of this new ECCRI report, The Cyber Dimensions of the Russia-Ukraine War, co-authored with Taylor Grossman, James Shires, and Max Smeets.
Researcher Monica Kaminska co-organised an ECCRI Workshop on Wartime Cyber Operations in Ukraine on 28 February 2023. During the workshop participants discussed the motivations and cyber tactics of state and non-state actors in the war, and considered the implications of their actions for international security and global governance. The main insights from the workshop are captured in this report.
The report builds upon a previous report by ECCRI on wartime cyber operations in Ukraine, based on a workshop held in Tallinn in May 2022, just three months after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
