Arun Sukumar recently participated in a workshop on "International Legal Theory and the Cognitive Turn” organized by Universität Hamburg.
The workshop featured paper presentations by leading international lawyers on how insights from the cognitive sciences can help illuminate understandings of international legal theory and practices of rule-making, including in domains such as cybersecurity. Arun co-authored and presented a paper for this workshop with Ian Johnstone of the Fletcher School, Tufts University.
