Postdoctoral researcher Isabella Brunner presented on "State’s Positive Duties to Protect International Organisations from Cyber Threats" at the European Society of International Law in Vilnius.
The presentation focused on states’ positive obligations under international law to protect international organisations from outside disturbances and interferences. In particular, it focused on how these obligations apply to the cyber context.
